1. PROJECT BRIEF AGREEMENT WITH THE CLIENT

FREE: Initial meeting with the client and defining the needs for a specific type of interior design service – approx. 1 hour

Other:

  • Site visit – assessment of the existing condition
  • Defining the work task – functional solutions for the space
  • Measuring and photographing the space in its current condition
  • Drawing the floor plan of the existing state if no floor plan exists
  • Defining the project brief

2. FLOOR PLAN CONCEPTUAL INTERIOR SOLUTIONS + MOODBOARD

  • Creation of the existing floor plan with construction solutions for demolishing and building new walls
  • Creation of 2-3 floor plan variants of conceptual spatial solutions with furniture layout and necessary equipment dimensions
  • Basic spatial and design solution for floor coverings in the floor plan
  • Proposal for wall and ceiling treatments
  • Creation of a style scheme/moodboard – a presentation folder with inspirational photos and visuals that convey the design style and color scheme

3. DETAILED CONCEPTUAL INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT + MOODBOARD + 3D VISUALIZATIONS + PURCHASE LISTS

  • Floor plan of the existing condition
  • 2 to 3 floor plan solutions with furniture layout
  • Development of agreed spaces
  • Several views with conceptual furniture proposals
  • Description of conceptual solutions and furniture positions for each room
  • Moodboard/inspirational map for each room
  • Detailed development of the selected conceptual solution
  • The selected floor plan solution is developed in 3D visualization
  • Creation of carpentry solutions: inspirational photos, 3D visualizations, and descriptions, selection of materials
  • Selection of floor and wall coverings, colors, furniture, and decorations
  • List/cost estimate of furniture, equipment, materials, lighting with supplier recommendations
  • Positioning plans for floor and wall coverings (layout plan for parquet and tiles in the bathroom and kitchen)
  • Drafting plans for the production of individual furniture pieces
  • Selection of furniture and equipment
  • Selection of sanitary ware
  • Selection of decorations – wallpapers, curtains, ornaments, artwork
  • Site visits and monitoring of works
  • Photography of the finished space

4. CONSULTATION

  • Project analysis
  • Oral consultation with clients
  • This service is charged per hour

Prices are calculated per m² of the space to be designed, ranging from a minimum of € 25 to a maximum of € 50, depending on the amount of work and the size of the space. Travel and site visits outside of Zagreb are charged separately. According to the client's needs and wishes, assistance in purchasing equipment is provided – consultations and visits are charged per hour.
