DESIGN APPROACH
We fell in love with this apartment at first sight. A 45 m² apartment with a 20 m² terrace and garden in a beautiful, quiet, and green location close to the city center was a true pleasure to work on. The 1980s apartment was completely neglected and had only one large room. We decided to completely renovate it and bring out the best and most beautiful aspects to make it more attractive for sale. We did a home staging. We transformed the large kitchen into a bedroom with a wonderful view of the forest. We relocated all the kitchen installations to the corner of the spacious living room, adding a small island. The other rooms remained their original size, but we removed all unnecessary doors to further brighten and air out the apartment.
The bathroom received a complete makeover with modern accents featuring black handles, faucets, and a shower, along with a large wall mirror that visually expanded the small space. The tiles are in neutral stone colors, and the cabinet under the countertop sink is made of particleboard in natural oak color with black legs.
We paid special attention and effort to the exterior renovation of the neglected garden, concrete wall, and terrace, transforming them into a true little "green" paradise.
The apartment was sold quickly after the renovation for the desired amount.
