BATHROOM - APARTMENT JORDANOVAC, ZAGREB

DESIGN APPROACH

The owner of an apartment on Jordanovac asked us to design a new bathroom with the same dimensions as the old one but in a completely new style – modern Art Deco. We completely "stripped" the old bathroom, removing the old furniture, tiles, and sanitary ware. New installations for water, electricity, and sewage were made. We chose lamps and tiles with geometric designs reminiscent of the desired Art Deco style, which perfectly matched the custom-made walnut-colored furniture based on my designs.

Instead of the old bathtub, we installed a large walk-in shower, a common request from clients. Distinctive retro lamps next to the walnut-colored mirror completed the impression of a bygone era in a modern setting. The result thrilled us all!
