DIZAJNERSKI PRISTUP<\/h2>\n

A four-member family spanning three generations asked us to design a small balcony in their 100 m\u00b2 apartment in a large multi-story building from the 1980s. Despite numerous wishes and limited space, we managed to create a beautiful, functional, and comfortable balcony.<\/p>\n

What seemed like a simple task was actually quite challenging. The balcony was in poor condition, with problematic iron screens, an air conditioning unit, worn-out floor tiles, and a concrete wall. We decided to harmonize it with the living room as much as possible in terms of colors (yellow, brown, green) and materials (wood, textiles, plants). We replaced the tiles with flooring that mimics natural stone, covered the iron screens with wooden ones, and hung metal flower pots (grandmother’s wish).<\/p>\n

Low aluminum furniture in light tones, decorative pillows, candle holders, and rattan chandeliers create a cozy atmosphere for lounging (mother’s wish). We covered the floor with a reed carpet to allow for barefoot walking (suitable for the child), and placed a barbecue on the storage cabinet (father’s wish). This charming balcony is now ideal for socializing, lounging, growing flowers, and barbecuing.<\/p>\n

\u010cetvero\u010dlana obitelj iz tri generacije zamolila nas je da im projektiramo manji balkon u stanu od 100 m\u00b2 u velikoj vi\u0161ekatnici iz 80-ih godina. Iako su \u017eelje bile brojne, a prostor ograni\u010den, uspjeli smo stvoriti vrlo lijep, funkcionalan i ugodan balkonski prostor.<\/p>\n

Naizgled jednostavan zadatak bio je uistinu vrlo zahtjevan. Balkon je bio u lo\u0161em stanju s problemati\u010dnim \u017eeljeznim paravanima, klimom, dotrajalom podnom keramikom i betonskim zidom. Odlu\u010dili smo ga maksimalno uskladiti s dnevnim boravkom po pitanju boja (\u017euta, sme\u0111a, zelena) i materijala (drvo, tekstil, biljke). Zamijenili smo keramiku podnom oblogom u stilu prirodnog kamena, prekrili \u017eeljezne paravane drvenima te objesili metalne tegle sa cvije\u0107em (\u017eelja bake).<\/p>\n

Niski aluminijski namje\u0161taj u svijetlim tonovima, ukrasni jastuci, svije\u0107njaci i lusteri od ratana stvaraju ugodan ambijent za ljen\u010darenje (\u017eelja majke). Pod smo prekrili tepihom od trstike kako bi se moglo bosonogo hodati (pogodno za dijete), a na ormari\u0107 za odlaganje stvari postavili smo ro\u0161tilj (\u017eelja oca). Ovaj simpati\u010dni balkon sada je idealan za dru\u017eenje, ljen\u010darenje, uzgoj cvije\u0107a i ro\u0161tiljanje.<\/p>\n
