We fell in love with this apartment at first sight. A 45 m\u00b2 apartment with a 20 m\u00b2 terrace and garden in a beautiful, quiet, and green location close to the city center was a true pleasure to work on. The 1980s apartment was completely neglected and had only one large room. We decided to completely renovate it and bring out the best and most beautiful aspects to make it more attractive for sale. We did a home staging<\/em>. We transformed the large kitchen into a bedroom with a wonderful view of the forest. We relocated all the kitchen installations to the corner of the spacious living room, adding a small island. The other rooms remained their original size, but we removed all unnecessary doors to further brighten and air out the apartment.<\/p>\n

U ovaj stan sam se zaljubila na prvi pogled. Stan od 45 m2 s terasom i vrtom od 20m2 na prekrasnoj mirnoj i zelenoj lokaciji nadomak centru grada bio je pravo zadovoljstvo za raditi. Stan iz 80tih bio je potpuno zapu\u0161ten i imao je samo jednu veliku sobu. Odlu\u010dili smo ga potpuno preurediti i izvu\u0107i iz njega ono najbolje i najljep\u0161e kako bi se mogao puno bolje prodati. Napravili smo tzv. home staging<\/em>. Od velike kuhinje napravili smo spava\u0107u sobu s divnim pogledom na \u0161umu. U kut velike dnevne sobe prebacili smo sve instalacije za kuhinju s malim otokom. Ostale prostorije smo ostavili u starim dimenzijama ali smo makli sva suvi\u0161na vrat akako bi jo\u0161 vi\u0161e osvjetlili i prozra\u010dili stan.<\/p>\n

The bathroom received a complete makeover with modern accents featuring black handles, faucets, and a shower, along with a large wall mirror that visually expanded the small space. The tiles are in neutral stone colors, and the cabinet under the countertop sink is made of particleboard in natural oak color with black legs.<\/p>\n

We paid special attention and effort to the exterior renovation of the neglected garden, concrete wall, and terrace, transforming them into a true little %22green%22 paradise.<\/p>\n

The apartment was sold quickly after the renovation for the desired amount.<\/p>\n

Kupaonica je dobila potpuno novi sjaj s modernim akcentom na crne kvake, pipe i tu\u0161 te veliko zidno ogledalo koje je dodatno pro\u0161irilo mali prostor. Plo\u010dice su u neutralnim bojama kamena a ormari\u0107 ispod nadgradnog umivaonika napravljen je od iverala u boji prirodnog hrasta sa crnim nogicama.<\/p>\n

Posebnu pa\u017enju i trud poklonili smo vanjskom ure\u0111enju zapu\u0161tenog vrta, betonskog zida i terase koji su se pretvorili u pravi mali \u201ezeleni\u201c raj.<\/p>\n

Stan je nakon obnove prodan u brzom roku za \u017eeljeni iznos.<\/p>\n
